Our Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) methodology provides a primary source of assurance for the Board, Audit Committee and Management that major business risks are being managed appropriately and that the Company’s internal control framework is appropriately designed and operating effectively. Our methodology naturally leads to the identification of risks which are not adequately controlled; either because controls are missing or because existing controls are not well designed or operating effectively.
