Experience: Brandon joined ACM after graduating from Colorado State University with a Degree in Accounting and a Certificate in Financial Analysis. After spending two years as an auditor gaining a core understanding of financial accounting and reporting, he participated in an internal exchange program allowing him to spend a summer working in the tax department. During this time he was able to diversify his experience into value-add consulting, tax law research and application, and tax accounting leading him to pursue a career change to tax.
Brandon’s focus has been on corporate taxation for multi-national and/or multi-state corporations in the mid-market. He is the leader of ACM’s corporate tax practice, and spends the majority of his time on international and M&A consulting, compliance matters, and ASC 740 tax accrual preparation and review services. He has clients in various industries including: aviation, manufacturing, technology & software, alternative energy, professional services and financial services industries. He enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter when not in the office, as well as spending time in the Colorado outdoors. Brandon received his Masters of Taxation from the University of Denver in 2013.
