Experience:
Kevin is in his 13th year of public accounting, specializing in the following industries: software development and technology companies, manufacturing, oil and gas exploratory, production and midstream energy companies and entities developing through merger and acquisition activity. Kevin heads up the assurance Energy Practice at ACM. Prior to joining ACM, Kevin spent two years with a Big Four accounting firm working with public and private clients in the oil and gas industry. He has extensive experience in conducting internal control documentation and testing engagements in accordance with section 404 of the Sarbanes Oxley Act. Prior to working in public accounting, Kevin spent 3 years in operations management with a publicly held real estate investment trust partnership.
Kevin recently completed his six year term on the Board of Trustees for the Denver Public Library's Friends Foundation and remains on the Finance Committee.
