Experience:
David began his public accounting career in 2005 and has worked with companies in various industries including: manufacturing & distribution, creative services, insurance, consulting, tourism, retail and oil & gas. David has broad experience helping companies with their ASC 740 compliance, multi-state tax consulting, partnership structuring, accounting method changes, merger and acquisition issues for S-corporations and partnerships and tax strategies for high net-worth individuals and their families. David values building long-term relationships with clients and helping business owners through the life-cycle of their business, from entity formation to passing on assets to future generations.
Prior to joining ACM, David worked in a tax reporting role for a multi-national corporation based in Denver and before that worked for 8 years at the BDO USA Alliance firm in Portland, Oregon.
David enjoys skiing, road biking, traveling and trying the many new restaurants opening in Denver.
