Experience:
Brian has more than 30 years of experience in the accounting field in both public accounting and private industry. Brian serves as ACM's resource for business valuation services including performing valuations for tax related purposes, valuations in connection with financial reporting matters and valuations for merger and acquisition transactions. Brian is the partner leading due diligence work in connection with merger and acquisition transactions as well as management consulting services including outsourced controllership/chief financial officer functions. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and performs fraud investigations and other litigation support services.
During the course of his career, Brian has worked closely with clients in various industries including private equity/investment banking, insurance, software development, real estate, manufacturing/distribution, mortgage banking, retail, small business investment companies and other service businesses. These clients range in scope from publicly traded to closely held, entrepreneurial environments.
